Sevan and Sevanavank Monastery

Our journey will begin with a trip to Lake Sevan — the largest mountain lake in the Caucasus, located at an altitude of about 1900 meters above sea level. Here, we will visit the Sevanavank Monastery, founded in the 9th century and preserving its authenticity through the centuries.

Dilijan

Then we will head to Dilijan, a resort town known for its mineral springs and dense forests, which occupy a significant part of the national park.

Haghartsin, Goshavank, Jukhtakvank

In the vicinity of Dilijan, we will visit three outstanding monasteries: Haghartsin, built in the 10th-13th centuries and surrounded by a picturesque valley; Goshavank, founded by scholar and jurist Mkhitar Gosh, where unique carved khachkars are kept; and Jukhtakvank, a small but atmospheric monastery hidden in the forest.
